If the tooth and periodontal apparatus has deteriorated as the result of periodontitis, it can be reformed and regenerated. Ideally, the newly restructured apparatus should possess the same features, form, and function as the original.

Various regenerative treatment options exist for periodontitis induced degeneration. There are only a limited number of tissue subsets for which, due to positioning, the presence of scar tissue, or loss of functioning, complete reformation is currently possible.

We offer a regenerative therapy with enamel matrix protein. These proteins enable your body to rebuild the natural support structure of the teeth. The process of recreating tooth-supporting tissues (cementum, nerve bundles, bone) begins after the treatment of enamel matrix protein, and continues over an extended period. Through the use of regenerative treatment with enamel matrix protein, it is possible that there will be the growth of both scar and connective tissue.
